# Aether-X Oracle Engine - Terms of Service & API Usage Agreement **Effective Date:** September 17, 2026 **License:** Machine-to-Machine Data Distribution ## 1. Algorithmic Data & No Investment Advice The congestion scores, delay estimations, and demurrage estimates provided via the Aether-X API are generated by mathematical algorithms and statistical models applied to the dataset currently served by the service. **CURRENT DATA STATUS (IMPORTANT):** As of the effective date, the service serves live operational line-ups for Brazilian ports Santos (BRSSZ), Paranaguá (BRPNG), Rio de Janeiro (BRRIO), Niterói (BRNIT) and Itaguaí (BRITG), refreshed periodically from APPA Paranaguá, the Porto de Santos operations panel, Lachmann schedules and SILOG PortosRio. The remaining ports serve a **static reference seed** over 19 ports. Every API response includes `data_source` (`live:appa+santos+lachmann` for BRSSZ/BRPNG, `live:portosrio_silog` for BRRIO/BRNIT/BRITG, `static_reference_seed` for the seed) and `as_of` (the seed timestamp or last live refresh). You must not rely on these numbers as real-time observations of port congestion. **DISCLAIMER:** Under no circumstances shall Aether-X or its operators be held liable for any financial losses, missed market positions, trading damages, or operational delays resulting from the use of this data. The signals are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. ## 2. API Access & Pay-Per-Query Execution * Access to the API endpoints is strictly authorized via cryptographic tokens or marketplace proxies (e.g., RapidAPI, Web3 Oracles). * Execution fees are settled dynamically on a Pay-Per-Query or micro-payment basis. * Rate limits are enforced programmatically. Excessive or abusive calls violating system health will result in automated IP throttling. ## 3. Intellectual Property All predictive algorithms, weight vectors, and compiled database structures remain the exclusive property of the Aether-X Oracle Engine project.
